We provide certified Welding Supervisors, compliant with AS2214, AS1796-Cert 10, and the International Institute of Welding qualification IIW-IWS International Welding Specialist, with a wealth of experience under the welding hood and a deep understanding of Australian and international welding code compliance.
Our services include:
- Serving as the fabricator or principal representative for welding supervision in adherence to standards such as AS1554 and AS4458.
- Meeting Welding Supervision requirements for Transport for NSW B203.
- Reviewing project drawings and assessing process and production efficiencies.
- Evaluating welding personnel qualifications against the relevant standards.
- Designing and documenting Quality Assurance processes.
- Crafting and executing Inspection and Test Plans (ITP).
- Compiling Manufacturers Data Reports (MDR).
- Developing repair scopes and offering risk assessment support for welding activities.
- Providing comprehensive welder training and skill development support.
